We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Laboratory Technician to support scientific research activities under limited supervision. This role involves collecting, classifying, and filing scientific data, preparing solutions, labeling specimens, and maintaining laboratory supplies and equipment. As a successful candidate, you will: * Collect and organize scientific data and maintain accurate records and reports. * Prepare stains, solutions, and culture media; process tissue samples as needed. * Clean and sterilize laboratory glassware and equipment using proper protocols. * Manage inventory and distribute laboratory supplies. * Ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens and materials for analysis. * Assist in maintaining a clean and functional laboratory environment. * Train and support research aides and assistants in lab procedures and equipment use. Qualifications Your qualifications should include: * High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred * Minimum two (2) years of related experience or combined education and experience in related field.
