The
Customer Project/Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating installation and implementation teams to ensure successful project completion that meets client expectations and internal requirements. This role involves collaborating with the dealer group's Project Champion to align resources and team members, ensuring proper customization, system and software configuration, and consistent setups across multiple CAI brands (primarily DealerTrack DMS). Additionally, the Customer Project/Program Manager provides project status updates to stakeholders, identifies project risks, communicates potential impacts to timelines, and manages escalations.

USD 65,500.00 - 98,300.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
