As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol - Driving Post in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle and/or on foot. You will be the first point of contact for those on site, responding to inquiries and assisting with security-related matters while upholding Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and innovation. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors as needed.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to daily activities, incidents, and/or observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving responsibilities.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
