If you enjoy working outside and staying active, this job is for you. We're looking for reliable people to join our landscaping laborer team. You don't need any experience-we'll teach you everything you need to know, like how to mow lawns, trim bushes, and spread mulch. Just bring a good attitude and be ready to learn.

What You'll Do:

  • Working outdoors in all kinds of weather (yes, even the good kind).

  • Mowing, trimming, planting, and maintaining commercial landscapes.

  • Using cool tools like leaf blowers, weed whackers, and ride-on mowers.

  • Helping with cleanup and basic maintenance tasks.

  • Supporting the team with occasional custodial duties like trash removal and keeping work areas tidy.

  • Learning on the job and growing your skills every day.

A Day in the Life of a Landscaping Crew Member:

  • Start your day by checking in in your supervisor and your team members.

  • Review the day's assignments, and load up the truck with the tools and equipment you'll need.

  • Once you arrive at your assigned location, you'll jump into action by:

    • Mowing large lawn areas, edging sidewalks and driveways, and trimming around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots.

  • Next, you'll focus on landscaping tasks like:

    • Weeding flowerbeds, pruning shrubs and small trees, laying mulch, or planting seasonal flowers.

  • As you wrap up the job site, you'll blow off walkways, clear any debris, and make sure everything looks polished.

  • You'll reload tools, clean up the work area, and communicate any site notes or equipment issues to your crew leader.

  • Once the team arrives back to the office, you'll help unload, clean up, and prep for the next day.

What You'll Need:

  • Follows safety rules and wears proper protective gear at all times.

  • Works well with others and listens to instructions.

  • Takes pride in doing quality work and getting it right the first time.

  • Open to learning new tasks and improving skills.

  • Brings a positive attitude and shows up ready to contribute.

Why You'll Love This Job

  • Be part of a team that appreciates your hard work and helps you grow.

  • Get support from our Employee Wellness Coordinator.

  • Work outside in the fresh air and sunshine-no desk required.

  • See the difference you make every day by creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes.

  • Learn how to use professional landscaping tools and techniques.
