Job Summary

  • Process phone calls and other forms of communication for HIT related issues. Performs tier 1 technical support for computer hardware and software. Prioritizes tickets and assign to the proper support team when first call resolution is not possible.
  • Monitors Help Desk workflow processes.
  • Process Account Creation and Updates

Education

High School Diploma, or technical certificate in computer related field from a voc-tech school. Formal education (or equivalent experience) on software packages that are used at NRH, I.e. Microsoft office products.

Experience

1 year experience preferred with customer service call center. Experience with handling phone calls, chat, email requests for personal computer, software applications, hardware, other IT related issues. Experience in a customer service role is desired.
