You'll join our Engineering, Technology and Safety organization (known as ETS), which supports all our different divisions. You'll complete rotational 'gigs', gathering experience across the engineering lifecycle and building capabilities such as mechanical systems, manufacturing, software and digital, electrical, materials and development. These gigs could be within our central Engineering, Technology and Safety teams or within our Civil Aerospace, Defence or Power Systems divisions. We want to give you a breadth of experience across Rolls-Royce to build your network, enable you to grow and help you find the best fit in our organization. What you'll be doing:
