STS Component Solutions is hiring an OEM Product Line Administrator to join our team in Palm City, Florida. This part-time position supports the OEM Product Line Development department and reports directly to the Director of OEM Product Lines. The role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, advanced computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Educational Background / Experience


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or aviation-related experience or background



General Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to use programs for data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings
  • Proficient in technology for tasks and projects
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task projects and responsibilities
  • Experience analyzing inventory, usage, and removal data to develop models for review and evaluation

Nature of Work

  • Work within Zendesk daily for all OEMs including:


  • Request for Quote
  • Stock Check
  • Routine Purchase Orders
  • Vendor RMA

  • Develop and maintain templates for OEM summaries
  • Assist in coordinating conferences and OEM visits
  • Manage QC hold issues
  • Follow up with OEMs on open orders

  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with database programs
  • Ability to analyze fleet data for new OEM targets and projects

    General Responsibilities


  • Process orders and quotes for OEMs as needed
  • Develop and maintain templates for OEM summaries
  • Assist in coordinating conferences and OEM visits
  • Manage QC hold issues
  • Follow up and expedite with OEMs on open orders
  • Update order status in Quantum as dates change
  • Serve as focal point for OEM order status
