Your Opportunity

Logistics Associate Analysts in the Hillsboro Warehouse and Distribution department are responsible for the execution of product logistics in a cGMP environment. This includes the receipt, storage, and issuance of GMP raw materials used in production and marketed product distribution to our customers. Other responsibilities included performing data entry into various business systems and databases ensuring department compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship product against customer orders

  • Using manual labor, pallet jacks, and forklifts, move product and both GMP and non-GMP supplies to and from storage locations and delivery trucks

  • Using a company vehicle, transport materials and equipment between sites (if applicable)

  • Perform all work activities in a safe and compliant manner according to all Genentech policies, procedures and trainings

  • Perform physical cycle counts of product and materials

  • Access various business systems and input data with a high level of accuracy Record creation, collection and storage per corporate retention schedules

  • Perform department related project activity that may include investigating, analyzing, formulating possible solutions, documenting processes, and communicating results

Who You Are:

  • You possess a Bachelor's Degree; Associate Degree with 2 years experience; or High School Diploma with 4 years experience in warehouse or GMP regulated environment.

  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

  • Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instruction

  • Good basic mathematical skills

  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs

  • Proficiency with PC desktop applications and business operations software system Ability to work in a highly cooperative and dynamic environment

  • Flexibility in assignments and able to work over-time, holidays, weekends and different shifts as required to meet business and customer needs

  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (if applicable)

Work Environment / Physical Demands / Safety Considerations

  • Expected to be on feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.

  • May climb upwards of 6 flights of stairs a day to maneuver within the manufacturing facility.

  • Lift up to 40lbs may be required.

  • Environment may require gowning in the form of hospital scrubs, bunny suits, gloves and steel toe boots be worn.

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.

The expected salary range for this position based in Oregon $43,400 - $64,000 for the Logistics Associate Analyst level. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
