Our Incora Story is really taking off - we'd love you to join us for the journey. We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Support member to join our team. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business The Senior Technical Support role involves software and hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. This role will evaluate the condition of hardware to determine whether it should be repaired/replaced, as well as coordinate hardware refreshes and moves. The technician will interpret users' requests for assistance, document, and provide support towards resolution. This role strives to facilitate a positive end user experience and to solve issues within the scope of the position, escalating as needed. This position is expected to work with Network Administrators on projects. The technician can conduct and coordinate meetings in management's absence and supports all levels within Incora.
