Job Mission

We have an exciting opportunity for Regional Account Manager to drive multi-disciplinary activities to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Leads the development and execution of long- and short-term account business plan for assigned customers.

  • Supports customer specific product sales/marketing strategies for new products and installed base business.

  • Develops and maintains a partnership relationship with customers leading to increasedcustomer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Understands the customers business, processes and key issues.

  • Offers solutions to customer challenges via ASML product offering.

  • Develops potential new customers and markets for ASML products.

  • Creates and maintains accurate sales forecast for assigned customers.

  • Gathers and communicates customer and market information to ASML management, BL's and marketing, including competition.

  • Handles for commercial agreements in line with ASML targets and customer needs. This covers new products and installed base business.

  • Ensures quotations, orders and all other customer communication are handled promptly and accurate (quote to cash).

  • Drives operational excellence, strategic alignment and integration of activities with other sectors and business lines to ensure integrated customer account management.

  • Leads the local account team and developing performance.

  • Analyzes issues (technical & non-technical) to a solution if they cannot be resolved by normal functional channel and ensures the appropriate priority is given to the issue.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Education and experience
  • Bachelors degree in an engineering field, or equivalent business experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in the semiconductor field, preferably customer facing roles.
