Job Description

The ECHO Trainer plays a vital role in expanding and enhancing the reach and effectiveness of the Show-Me ECHO program. This position is responsible for training external organizations seeking to replicate the ECHO model and developing and supporting new and existing internal hub teams. Working closely with the Associate Director of Education, the ECHO Trainer contributes to ongoing quality improvement (QI), professional development, and training initiatives that ensure the delivery of high-quality, interdisciplinary ECHO programs.

Duties:
* Develop and deliver tailored ECHO Partner Launch Trainings for external organizations replicating the ECHO model.
* Customize training materials to align with the needs, goals, and content areas of each organization.
* Provide ongoing mentorship and technical assistance to newly trained external ECHO teams.
* Lead onboarding and orientation of new internal Show-Me ECHO hub teams.
* Train hub team members (facilitators, content experts, operations staff) in ECHO core competencies, including best practices, adult learning principles, and team collaboration.
* Collaborate with Partner Management Specialists to ensure teams are supported throughout planning and launch phases.
* Work with the Associate Director of Education to assess the training and development needs of existing hub teams.
* Contribute to the design and delivery of ongoing professional development workshops and resources for current Show-Me ECHO teams.
* Support quality improvement efforts through evaluation of training impact, feedback collection, and program refinement.
* Partner with the Outreach, Evaluation, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and cohesion across ECHO functions.
* Represent Show-Me ECHO at meetings, conferences, and training events as needed.
* Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in telehealth education and the ECHO model.

Shift

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in education, public health, health professions, or related and 3 years of experience preferred.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $60,000 - $74,000 annually
Grade: GGS - 010
