Program Specialist, Performance Management (Contractor)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive contractor support for the performance management program. This role involves assisting with documentation, training, data analysis, and project support. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Support

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update program procedures and instructions.
  • Assist in editing, proofreading, and formatting documents for clarity and accuracy.
  • Ensure documentation adheres to established standards, styles, and templates.
  • Monitor change requests and support periodic document reviews.


Program Support

  • Support the planning and execution of program activities using the fiscal-year roadmap.
  • Document business processes, guidelines, and standards.
  • Identify and report gaps or discrepancies in program execution.
  • Assist in collecting data and measuring results against established metrics.
  • Extract and categorize data for visualization and reporting purposes.
  • Help implement feedback systems for continuous improvement.


Training Support

  • Maintain training resources to ensure content is accurate and effective.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather training needs.
  • Deliver training sessions to provide program instructions to stakeholders.
  • Create and update graphs and charts to support metrics reporting.


Project Participation Responsibilities

  • Participate in project meetings and fulfill assigned action items in a timely manner.
  • Assist in facilitating the transition of projects from implementation to ongoing operations.
  • Respond to program-related inquiries and tickets submitted by employees and leaders.


Safety & Quality Compliance

  • Complete required safety training and follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Report hazards promptly and adhere to ergonomic work practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in human resources or a similar professional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Boise, ID
  • Reporting To: Dir. Global Talent Management Strategy & Design


This opportunity is located in Boise, ID and requires hybrid/on-site work schedule.The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $28-$33 per hour.

This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length-of-service and hours requirements.
