Your Role at Acousti

As the Branch Manager for our Birmingham, AL office, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations, driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of skilled professionals and play a pivotal role in advancing our market presence through exceptional leadership and business acumen.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee all branch operations, including delivery logistics, warehouse management, sales processes, estimating, and project management
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
  • Provide strategic leadership to Project Managers and Estimators, driving business development and market expansion
  • Ensure consistent quality control standards for product installation and strict adherence to safety protocols
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging strategic sales initiatives to drive market share growth
  • Manage branch financial performance, including monitoring expenses and ensuring profitability with full P&L accountability
  • Implement and enforce company-wide safety standards and compliance across all branch operations
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed to support branch and organizational goals

What We're Looking for in You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Previous management/leadership experience, preferably in construction or a related field
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
  • A competitive spirit and a strong desire to succeed
  • The ability to multi-task and manage time-sensitive projects effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the above, we would prefer candidates with:

  • Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Education Requirements

  • Required: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field
