The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $57,600 - $77,800 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

This role is a hyflex work arrangement: Approximately 1 day onsite per week in Red Wing, MN headquarters office, with remote work eligibility the remainder of the week.

We are seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join our Accounts Receivable Credit team. This role is responsible for managing a global portfolio of accounts, driving process improvements, and ensuring strong customer and team relationships. The ideal candidate will bring both analytical expertise and leadership skills to help standardize processes, improve efficiency, and maintain a best-in-class credit function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to deliver a consistent customer and employee experience across the Credit team
  • Implement and drive process improvements across the order-to-cash cycle
  • Prepare and report on key department metrics
  • Support system upgrades and implementations
  • Standardize customer communications and negotiations
  • Provide training for team members and new dealers
  • Manage a global portfolio of ~1,000 customer accounts, maintaining delinquency rates below 5% over 60 days past due
  • Monitor and report on customer payment trends
  • Review, approve, and manage customer credit applications, credit limits, and credit risk factors
  • Release orders, place accounts on hold, process cash-in-advance orders, and propose bad debt write-offs
  • Follow up on past-due balances and manage escalations with third-party collection agencies
  • Partner with Sales and Billing teams to resolve customer inquiries and billing discrepancies
  • Manage bankruptcy filings and reporting
  • Support EDI/integrated receivables functionality
  • Process monthly statements and interest invoices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 3+ years of relevant credit/AR experience
  • NACM Certification preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Customer service focus with ability to collaborate across teams
  • Excellent organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines
