Staffmark is hiring Production Associates in Winchester, KY! If you have manufacturing experience and thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, this is your chance to join a growing team.

Pay: $16.00/hr (all shifts)

Available Shifts (12 hours each, overtime may be required):



  • 1st Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM



What You'll Do:



  • Load and unload machined parts into ovens as part of the coating process.
  • Work in a hot environment performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized.
  • Maintain a steady workflow to support production goals.



What You'll Need:



  • Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or industrial experience (not an entry-level role).
  • Ability to work in high heat conditions and on your feet for long periods.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
