- : The Sr. Administrator, Wisdom Teammate Experience will be responsible for leading Appreciation and Recognition programs that bring The DaVita Way to life and contribute to our mission of being an Employer of Choice. This role requires an organized, proactive individual who can lead multiple programs, and drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the execution of task-based Appreciation and Recognition programs, ensuring alignment with DaVita's EOC, core values and mission.
- Track and report on budgets across their respective Appreciation and Recognition program(s) to the Program Owner noting any risks or forecasting changes needed
- Coordinate and lead meetings to drive program progress, provide updates, and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables while resolving potential conflicts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Oversee any platforms, tools or assets used for Appreciation and Recognition programs, ensuring content is updated throughout the program lifecycle.
- Measure and report on the impact of Appreciation and Recognition programs, providing data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to implement changes across programs.
- Ensure compliance, seeking legal counsel when necessary.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to direct cross-functional collaboration to achieve program goals.
- Distills insights and trends from qualitative & quantitative data, capturing themes and next steps.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and related software.
- Agile problem-solver, able to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines using organizational skills.
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvements and makes data-informed recommendations
- Collaborative and effective at leading and influencing teams and partners.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The Salary Range for the role is $68,000.00-$100,000.00 per year.
