Job Description	ECU Department of ITCS Enterprise Systems and Operations is seeking an IT Operations Student Worker. This student will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day monitoring of Data Center assets and activities. This will include monitoring of performance and activity of network and server hardware, power and cooling equipment, and supported applications. This position will also assist with: * Installation and removal of Data Center hardware, including servers, switches, and storage devices * Monitoring and coverage of after-hours help desk * Daily Data Center-related tasks as necessary
