Loan Servicing Specialist - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)
This is a Hybrid Work Eligible position. You will be required to come into the Operations Center in Berrien Springs, MI as needed to ensure business needs are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Carries out all duties relevant to the maintenance and compliance of all loans post-closing including consumer, business, mortgage and home equity loans.
- Follows established procedures for servicing loans, including cross functional daily tasks processed by the consumer, mortgage and business departments. Works with the secondary market portfolios and reconciliations to ensure Honor is always remaining compliant.
- Manages the supporting documents in accordance with established retention guidelines for varied municipalities and all loan servicing entities. Resolves issues and discrepancies while keeping management informed of any significant problems.
- Supports and provides professional services to members, vendors, and the Honor teams using all forms of communication and knowledge of Honor functions.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Three to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Excel and related applications required.
- Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be highly detailed.
