Summary/Objective:

Route and distribute any incoming orders received by customers to order entry teams and audit all orders to ensure they are place correctly matching our customer needs. Must maintain standards of excellent customer service, recognizing quality of work and responses from the team are a reflection of a value add for Lippert Components as a brand. Must understand the dynamics of working among various special channels including, but not limited to, OEM, Marine and Specialty Markets. This role will require you to work and provide customer service to all LCI divisions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and route any orders coming into Incoming. Productivity Expectations: Routing an average of 75/Hour at minimum. Queue Expectations: Stay at or under 1 hour/100 in queue.
  2. Audit all orders received must be Audited to ensure that they are entered correctly. Productivity Expectations: Audit and route an average 65/hour at minimum.
  3. Be able to maintain several perceptive queues required by this team and that all orders are notated and followed up on in a timely manner.
  4. Must ensure timely responses on emails coming to group email box.
  5. Must have strong systems knowledge and have a high knowledge base of perceptive content/D365. Systems issues identified by the customer or LCI are typically handled through this role.
  6. Team Development is required to build upon a successful and growing department
    1. Team members must keep on product knowledge and acquisitions - historical and upcoming
    2. Maintain soft skills, including written and verbal communication
    3. Continuously model LCI core values in every transaction
  7. Must have strong systems knowledge to determine effectivity and flow from various system tools throughout the core team
  8. Must be able to handle conflict and work with other departments.
  9. Must be able to work directly with the inside sales team, order entry, and operations teams effectively.

Working Conditions:

  1. Primarily working indoors, office environment.
  2. May sit for several hours at a time.
  3. Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
  4. Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of High School Diploma
  2. 2-5 Years' Experience preferred
  3. Strong systems understanding is needed
  4. Strong interpersonal skills necessary

Supervisory Responsibility:

This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires sitting, data entry, and a telephone headset. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time hourly position and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and evening work may be necessary.

Travel:

Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. Intermediate to Advanced Excel is preferred
  2. Continuous Improvement experience is a plus
