The National Security Sector (NSS) seeks a highly qualified and trained Senior Business Process Engineer to provide support in the PMO to continuously innovate the PMO's ability to share information with the government utilizing dashboards.The BPE will create a robust and comprehensive employee data repository that allows the PMO to answer any RFI in minutes. The BPE will leverage corporate capabilities in order to automate data for more efficient and effective PMO execution.

**Individual in this role will participate in a robust cross training program and be certified and willing to support surge requirements by serving in mission critical roles across the JOC, if required.This opportunity is in anticipation of a future contract award.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide timely, accurate, relevant BPE support enabling the PMO to deliver real time program information to the Contracting Officer, COR, TPOCs, and government leaders.
  • Drive implementation of information and business strategies that allow for continuous improvement in how the PMO shares program data with the government and internally within Leidos.
  • -Responsible for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
  • -Research best business practices within and outside the organization, collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost
  • Determine how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes.
  • Evaluate business needs and requirements to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Arrange and structure business processes to optimize efficiency, productivity, and performance.
  • Optimize business processes to achieve organizational objectives and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Understanding the collection, processing, and evaluation of data to generate actionable insights and forecasts for decision making.
  • Organize, manage, and preserve data to ensure its integrity, accessibility, and usability over time.
  • Create a detailed outline of project objectives, schedule, tasks, and scope to set expectations, guide team members with project execution, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Improve and ensure the quality of products, processes, or services through systematic evaluation and enhancement measures.
  • Create clear, concise, and informative reports to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify and document the needs and constraints of stakeholders to guide item, system, and software development.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources to support decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
  • Assess and evaluate potential risks and uncertainties associated with projects, decisions, or actions.
  • Identify, promote, and support best practices across directorates to build a culture of knowledge sharing and transparency.

What does Leidos need from me?

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph is required. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • BA/BS degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Information Systems, Library Science, Business Administration, or related field. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 12 plus years' experience in BPE, Information Management, or related fields, preferably within the DoD, Intelligence Community, or Industry.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of business and information frameworks, records management policies, and collaborative technologies (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams, WMS, JIRA).
  • Possess proven ability to manage complex data environments and support cross-functional coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience working in high-tempo, classified environments within DoD or intelligence agencies, and possess excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to craft SOPs, TTPs, briefings, and executive documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in support of USCYBERCOM J3 senior leadership.

Favorable if you have:

  • Master's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Information Systems, Library Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) or equivalent KM training.
  • Intimate familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure and operational environment.
  • Deep experience implementing KM tools, conducting process improvement initiatives, or participating in digital transformation efforts.
  • Possess expert-level knowledge of DoD 5015.2 records management standards and KM strategy development.
  • Prior participation within USCYBERCOM KM Working Groups or governance bodies
