Job Summary (Primary function) The Associate Director, Digital Operations is part of the Advanced Analytics & Strategic Customer Engagement Team within the US Business Unit. This position is a key contributor between the US Business Unit's customer facing groups (i.e. Sales & Product Strategy brand teams) and counterparts across the Strategic Customer Engagement team. This position supports multiple business units, collaborates with assigned brands, contributes to multichannel strategy development with primary focus on creating efficiencies, and optimize pull through of the multichannel campaign strategies. The Associate Director works closely with the brand leads, advanced analytics, and multichannel strategy to monitor execution of brands' integrated multichannel plans. Digital Operations plays a key role in campaign planning, business requirements documentation, project management, and MCE content readiness and pull through. Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities) * Supports the business approach to integrated multichannel engagement (MCE). * Management of digital platform partner consultants. * Collaborates to establish consistent service level agreements (SLAs) in support of the execution of the MCE campaigns. These SLAs will be critical to establish best practice across agency, consultant partners, and internal stakeholders. * Ensures approach and requirements for multichannel tactical plans are understood and interpreted appropriately to ensure quality delivery and execution. * Subject matter expert of Omnipresence marketing platform capabilities. * Plan, coordinate, and manage campaign tasks with the supporting team and communicate status. * Oversight of email setup and deployment on marketing automation platform. * Ensures quality assurance for campaign and all tagging requirements. * Assists with monitoring campaign performance and outputs to provide timely recommendations back to the brands and MCE strategy to facilitate optimization. * Primary point of contact for Product Strategy for tactical campaign pull through and BRD project planning and execution. * Builds roadmap for process review, enhancement opportunity, and implements best practices in order to build efficient and consistent execution across brand MCE campaigns. * Builds in depth understanding of the multiple channels of customer engagement utilized by an organization across their varied customers (i.e., HCP, consumer, patient, payer) including how the channels can be utilized effectively in an integrated fashion to deliver cross-channel customer journeys. * Establishes guidelines, best practices, and RACI for working with vendor, product strategy, MRL and product strategy. Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competence) * Bachelor's degree required. * 7+ years' experience in pharmaceutical industry. * In-depth understanding of multichannel strategies and tactics. * In-depth understanding of marketing channels and the key benefits that each achieve at driving enhanced customer relationships. * Strong planning and organization skills. * Deep understanding of end-to-end strategic marketing of pharmaceutical products. * Strong understanding of regulations involved with digital marketing pharmaceutical products. * Understanding of existing MCE platforms and support capabilities with ability to articulate potential usages and limitations to the brands. * Demonstrated experience supporting integrated multi-channel marketing strategy for new and existing commercial products. * Strong understanding of marketing trends and innovations. * Strong understand of web applications, asset management, and tagging. * Must have a working knowledge of Multi-Channel and Digital Marketing.
