Position Summary

We
are accepting applications for the Masley Hall Manager position from all students; prioritizing
those with the work study award and within the Art department. Position will report to the Art Education area rep.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

-Open, close and monitor Masley Hall and
Gallery

-Act as point of contact for all Masley Hall traffic - Welcome and provide directions, etc., assist with student access as needed

- Manage the materials closets of Art Education Classrooms

-Manage the building bulletin boards - post and upkeep flyers,
etc.

-Assist the Masley Gallery director intaking and returning
artworks for exhibitions

-Upkeep and maintain the office, including break room, conference room, and community spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

Must be dependable,
trustworthy and possess appropriate customer service skills.

Work-study
qualified candidates are given preference over those without.

Strong
organizational and time-management skills

Works well
independently and as a team member

Excellent verbal
and written communication skills

Experience
working with Adobe Creative Suite
