Job Description:

As a Security Professional - Patrol Logistics in Mckinney, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment within a logistics and distribution location. Your primary responsibilities include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting with access control measures. You will interact with visitors, employees, and vendors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication at all times. By responding promptly to incidents and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to a positive experience for everyone on site. Pay Rate: $15.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious activity within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or issues encountered during patrols in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist visitors, vendors, and/or employees by providing information and guidance related to site procedures and access.
• Collaborate with onsite personnel and emergency responders as needed during critical situations or drills.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
