Program Manager

We're looking for a Project Controls Schedule Lead to support data center projects across Iowa and Nebraska. This is a temporary role providing coverage while a team member is on leave.

• Review and manage GC schedule submissions (1,000+ line items).
• Maintain and update project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Deliver clear, accurate biweekly and monthly reports.
• Provide oversight on schedules, risks, impacts, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive day-to-day scheduling.

• 5-10 years of project controls/scheduling experience.
• Background in data centers preferred; also open to industrial, oil & gas, pharma, or high-tech construction.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and strong data management skills.
• Ability to tell the story behind the data and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cost controls and commercial acumen.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Primavera P6 (primary tool)
• E-Builder, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AO Docs, Looker Studio, BigQuery
• Familiarity with Procore is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Must relocate to Omaha, NE (at own expense). Hybrid role, with 3+ days onsite per week.
• Remote start may be possible for exceptional candidates, but relocation before project start is strongly preferred.
