Description

This Clinical Quality Coordinator (CQC) is responsible for supporting the clinical team, coordinating resident care and services, monitoring departmental data, and ensuring documentation compliance. This position engages with residents, families, and providers to identify opportunities that will enhance person-centered plans of care and promote satisfaction.

About Us: Ecumen Prairie Hill and Ecumen Sand Prairie in St. Peter, MN are hiring a Clinical Quality Coordinator. Sand Prairie offers 42 assisted living apartments, while Prairie Hill has 43 independent and assisted living homes, plus 20 memory care units Ecumen is a nonprofit senior living provider with over 160 years of experience, ranked as Minnesota's 8th largest. Schedule: Monday - Friday, typical business hours. Occasional on call and leadership on duty rotation.

Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $22.00 - $30.00 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Essential Job Responsibilities:




  1. Create and manage clinical team member schedules to ensure adequate coverage for resident care



  2. Support the Clinical Director with administrative tasks like tracking metrics, auditing records, filing, and coordinating contracts



  3. Keep up to date with policies and procedures, and consistently use Ecumen tools and systems



  4. Ensure resident services are properly scheduled, completed, and documented in the Electronic Health Record system



  5. Work with clinical and billing teams to review services and ensure accurate billing



  6. Coordinate onboarding and training schedules; monitor compliance with ongoing training



  7. Foster a positive team environment to support staff engagement and retention, while maintaining clear communication.



  8. Participate in daily team meetings and respond to voicemails, emails, and concerns in a timely and professional manner



  9. Arrange transportation, appointments, and on-site clinics for residents



  10. Order resident supplies and medical equipment in coordination with vendors



  11. Perform other duties as assigned





Minimum Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in healthcare
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient use of electronic health records systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to Know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree
  • Three or more years working with older adults
