The Pavilion Behavioral Health System has been the leading provider of behavioral health and addictions treatment for families in Illinois since 1989. POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage and facilitate the facilities' incoming telephone calls and transfer calls effectively. Project and maintain a professional image to callers, as well as visitors, staff, and patients entering the building. Process intake paperwork & inquiries utilizing established policies. Type and copy various facility materials.

This position will work every Wednesdays and Thursdays, 3:30pm - 10:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00am - 3:00pm and have the ability to pick up other shifts as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Answer all incoming telephone calls in a pleasant, professional manner.
  2. Transfer calls efficiently and effectively.
  3. Communicate with visitors, staff, vendors and patients in a professional courteous manner at all times. Answer questions related to the facility in a helpful manner.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: One year experience as receptionist/administrative assistant or position relevant to customer service preferred.
