Description
Responsible for contract management within ATSG, including monitoring conformance to terms regarding
agreements covering a wide variety of commodities and services.
Responsible for negotiation and contract development/management and collaborating with finance, accounting, operational, administrative and legal functions of all divisions, in developing proposals and resulting in contracts that reflect and protect the interests of ATSG.
Coordinates with stakeholders, within all organizations, to analyze spend, develop strategy, organize and prepare for, negotiation and administration of all contracts, contract amendments and related activities.
Assists with and documenting legal, finance, accounting and stakeholder review and approvals are accomplished during contract development and execution. Stakeholder communication and reviews post signature.
Ability to discern key elements of contract and communicate KPI and performance criteria, contract requirements, implications, interpretations as well as changes during the term of contracts. Communicate to mid to senior management of affected business team disciplines.
Identifies, develops, and implements contract control management procedures and processes that can be effectively administrated, including with respect to the oversight of accounts receivable.
Assumes focal point responsibility for communication with operational implementations, finance interfaces, legal and maintenance for resolution of contract issues and disputes.
Directs others regarding details of contract administration and provides guidance on complex contracts interpretations, strategy and procedures.
Capable of resolving or escalating issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
Captures lessons learned for renewals and amendments. REQUIRED JOB SKILLS:
