Work Location: 324 North Fourth Street Indiana, Pa 15701 Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Additional hours as needed to fulfill the needs of the department. Function: Works closely with bank leadership team to drive operational efficiency, customer experience, innovation, and risk management through technology. Responsibilities:*Leads the design and execution of a 3-5 year IT strategy that positions S&T for scalable, secure, and innovative growth. *Oversees all aspects of enterprise IT-including infrastructure, core platforms, digital banking, outsourced vendor management, and IT operations. *Evaluates and evolves the current-state technology model and org structure, introducing new skill sets, capabilities, and technologies as needed. *Builds a future-ready IT team and culture focused on business alignment, agility, and accountability. *Serves as the bank's technology ambassador, clearly articulating the role and value of IT to executives, the board, regulators, and employees. *Partners across the enterprise to drive digital transformation, enhance the customer experience, and support product innovation. *Ensures IT compliance with banking regulations and serve as a key liaison with the FDIC, PA Department of Banking, and Federal Reserve. *Oversees IT budgeting and financial planning, ensuring technology investments align with enterprise strategy and deliver measurable ROI. *Oversees technology infrastructure that supports data governance; implementing and managing data storage systems, supporting data integration and oproviding tools for data quality management and analysis. *Supports acquisition readiness and lead IT due diligence and post-merger integration efforts as needed.
Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device: 95% of the job; operates electronic equipment: 95% of the job; operates office equipment: 95% of the job. Up to 40% travel required. Use of manual dexterity skills and specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for typing and data entry up to 60% of the business day.
