Moog's Corporate Groupis looking for anEquity & Incentive Plan Specialist to join our growing Rewards Team!

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily administration, processing, and reporting of Moog's equity and incentive plans. In addition to ensuring accurate execution of transactions and regulatory compliance, you'll help craft and deliver effective communications and resources for plan participants. You'll also support SEC executive compensation disclosures and proxy reporting. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to grow as a trusted advisor in equity compensation.

You will work a hybrid schedule in East Aurora, NY.

To qualify for the Equity & Incentive Plan Specialist, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog...

  • Typically, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • At least three (3) years of experience in compensation, incentive programs, or a related field; with a strong preference for direct experience in equity compensation

  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate complex compensation structures effectively to employees and stakeholders

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, stock plan administration tools, and financial reporting platforms

  • Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work on-site

As the Equity & Incentive Plan Specialist, your key responsibilities will include...

Plan Administration

  • Manage daily operations of equity and incentive plans, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company policies

  • Coordinate with plan administrators, Executive Services, and internal stakeholders

  • Maintain case management and employee inquiries related to incentive and equity programs

Equity Transaction Processing

  • Oversee processing of employee equity grants, exercises, and releases

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to ensure correct payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial reporting

  • Manage terminations, adjustments, and corrections in collaboration with plan administrators

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare regulatory filings, audits, and proxy reports for executive compensation and stock disclosures

  • Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements and governance frameworks

  • Support compensation-related documentation and reporting efforts

Participant Training & Education

  • Develop and distribute educational materials for employees participating in ESPP and incentive plans

  • Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to equity and incentive compensation

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance understanding of plan structures and benefits

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $70,000.00-$98,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
