Part Time Recruiter

Boston Government Services (BGS) is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen and interview candidates to ensure that only the best-qualified are presented to the hiring managers.
• Source passive talent from LinkedIn and other external job sites.
• Support the full cycle recruitment process of applicants through the Talent Acquisition System.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs .
• Maintain organized records and data and contribute to recruitment reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college in a related business field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Successful drug screening.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting a broad spectrum of technical and nontechnical professionals.
• Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Location/Work Arrangement:

• This position is part-time and will be located onsite in Oak Ridge, TN 3 days a week.
