We are now hiring a Talent Attraction & Acquisition Manager - North America to lead our regional recruitment strategy, employer branding, and end-to-end talent acquisition processes. This role will be central in ensuring we attract, assess, and hire the right people to power Maersk's next chapter.

The Role

As our Talent Attraction & Acquisition Manager for North America, you will:

  • Lead and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle - from employer branding and talent sourcing to assessments, offers, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent across functions and levels, including executive search.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, translating workforce needs into impactful hiring plans.
  • Build, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters to deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Strengthen Maersk's employer brand in North America, ensuring we are visible and compelling to diverse talent pools.
  • Leverage data and insights to track performance, optimize recruitment processes, and influence senior decision-making.
  • Contribute to broader organizational planning, ensuring talent acquisition aligns with long-term business and operational priorities.

  • Driving consistent delivery of high-quality hires that align with business needs and Maersk's values.
  • Establishing a strong, scalable employer brand presence across North America.
  • Building and developing a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Influencing workforce planning and talent pipeline development at both regional and global levels.
  • Creating a seamless, inclusive, and engaging candidate journey.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and employer branding within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong track record of leading teams, coaching, and developing recruiters to high performance.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, aligning talent strategy with business goals.
  • Skilled in workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and executive search.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across a matrixed environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing, high-growth business.
