David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA)is currently hiring for an Intern in our Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Practice in the Bellevue, WAoffice. It will be the responsibility of the position to learn and assist with fundamental engineering design and CADD drafting, and to provide a high-quality product to DEA's clients.

What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:
  • Completion of CAD-based utility system map updates and other CAD drafting assignments
  • Performwater and sewer infrastructure system planning and design assignments
  • Research and prepare project specification updates
  • Complete quantity take-offs and prepare construction cost estimate assignments
  • Research and support completion of written technical reports and planning documents
What You Bring Required Qualifications:
  • Applicants must be in pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 2+ years of completed coursework.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word), AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu skills are recommended
  • Physically able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment
