As a Home Delivery Fulfillment Pharmacist, you'll primarily be responsible for performing the final quality check on our members' prescription orders, assisting in all areas of Pharmacy Fulfillment, and acting as a leader for the entire Fulfillment Team.

Location: 6860 W 115th Street, Overland Park, KS

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week: 8-hour (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) or 10-hour shifts. Working Fridays is required / no weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform final verification of dispensed prescriptions prior to orders being packed and shipped
  • Oversee the activities of pharmacy technicians, clerks and other personnel
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities, completes assignments in a timely manner
  • Utilizes resources appropriately while complying with department program standards
  • Performs all duties and functions in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Assist Pharmacy Manager and/or Pharmacist-In-Charge in various projects as needed
  • Conforms with and supports department quality assurance and improvement guidelines
  • Ability to flex into all operational areas including inventory, picking and packing

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Current Pharmacist license in the state of Kansas
  • 1+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a mail order setting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $43.22 to $77.21 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
