ERP Implementation Intern - Oracle Fusion Location:Atlanta, GA Department:Enterprise Resource Planning Reports To:Sr. Director, ERP (Renae Henscheid) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our ERP implementation team as we deploy Oracle Fusion ERP across our enterprise. This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise systems, business process transformation, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting current and future-state business processes using tools like Visio.
- Support data migration efforts by helping cleanse, format, and validate legacy data.
- Participate in user interviews and workshops; take notes and summarize findings.
- Help develop and organize training materials, quick reference guides, and internal communications.
- Track testing activities, log issues, and follow up on resolutions during UAT.
- Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.
- Support reporting and analytics efforts by helping inventory existing reports and validate new reporting requirements.
Technical Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, NetSuite, etc.) or coursework in enterprise systems.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and data structures.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup).
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with documentation tools (SharePoint) and diagramming tools (Visio).
