Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst Tester / Project Coordinator to support ongoing projects within our EOSS organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring effective project execution, documentation, and communication. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to track project progress, gather and analyze requirements, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives

* Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements

* Develop workflows, process maps, and functional specifications for project initiatives

* Coordinate project schedules, track milestones, and monitor/deliver deliverables

* Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, action items, and status reports

* Support risk, issue, and change management processes

* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions

* Provide analysis to support business cases, process improvements, and decision-making

* Assist project managers with reporting, resource tracking, and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

* 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role

* 8140 Compliant or become compliant within 60 days

o CND, Network+ or higher

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar)

* Ability to manage multiple priorities

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in DoD, government contracting, or healthcare environments.

* Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

* Experience with requirements management and project tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, etc.).

* Experience in Enterprise Architecture area, preferred

Certification(s): CAPM, CSM, CBAP, or similar.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $97,575 to $128, 600. The final salary will be determined based on various factors.
