About the Job:
Lead brand copy teams as a VP, Creative Director, Copy, driving award-winning ideas, innovative strategies, and exceptional content quality in collaboration with Art and cross-functional partners. As a senior leader and agency ambassador, you will champion creative excellence, intellectual curiosity, and an inclusive culture. Expertise spans creative ideation, execution, strategic thinking, and team management.
A Day in the Life:
  • Develop and oversee creative ideation and execution, empowering teams to deliver cutting-edge concepts.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, ensuring successful campaign execution as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Build strong client relationships through creative ability, active communication, and expectation management.
  • Supervise Copy teams, provide mentorship, and foster career growth.
  • Optimize Copy team utilization, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Lead creative pitch efforts, identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business.
  • Serve as an industry ambassador, elevating employee experience and company reputation.
  • Encourage bold, award-worthy ideas, driving creative excellence.
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications (preferred).
  • 12+ years of copywriting experience.
  • Strong writing expertise with a portfolio demonstrating healthcare copywriting proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and social media best practices.
  • Proven leadership and people management ability, with experience in team motivation and guidance.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated financial management and resourcing acumen.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, drive business growth, and maintain professionalism in all interactions
Salary
$170,000 to $240,000 Annually
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
