We are seeking a Senior SAP SD/LE CRM Business Process Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of sales and distribution processes within SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a manufacturing, logistics, or heavy machinery environment and enjoys driving strategic initiatives through technology and process improvement.
***We are unable to leverage 3rd party candidates if sponsorship is required.*** *Job Description* * Develop, implement, and maintain SAP SD, LE, MM modules and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. * Configure ERP functions and workflows to ensure seamless integration with other applications. * Define business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external consultants, and stakeholders. * Create user guides, training materials, and documentation for ERP systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve transactional and system-related issues. * Support continuous improvement of SAP ECC and prepare for S/4HANA migration. * Document architecture and business processes using BPM and BPML standards. * Maintain up-to-date functional documentation for SAP ERP systems. *Qualifications* * 8+ years of SAP ERP consulting and operations experience, preferably in manufacturing or logistics. * 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience (pricing, order processing, ATP, billing, logistics execution). * 2+ years of ABAP programming experience for custom developments. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and understanding of new SD functionalities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for sales automation and integration. * Strong background in business process re-engineering. * Occasional travel may be required. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $98000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
