The purpose of the Multi-site Vice President of Operations and Strategy Transformation is to lead and deliver manufacturing strategies and operational improvements, with the primary focus on driving and optimizing all processes to ensure consistently high levels of Delivery and Productivity across four engine parts manufacturing sites in Tampa FL, Oldsmar FL and Carson City NV. The VP will assist site leaders with achieving their operational metrics and ensure collaboration/alignment across all operational support functions including EH&S, Quality, CI, and Procurement. The VP will also oversee the strategic transformation of the business, which will include transfers of work and make where analyses to maximize the growth and profitability of Chromalloy.


Primary Accountabilities:



  • Optimize operational performance through planning and deployment of Lean methodologies, Continuous Improvement, Productivity, and SIOP processes.
  • Ensure the capacity and resources are appropriate to meet the current and future states of the business.
  • Create and deploy metrics and dashboards that assist with understanding operational performance and identifying key leverage points.
  • Drive turnaround time and on-time delivery improvement while also driving a safety and quality-first culture.
  • Perform PQ analysis and identify opportunities for product rationalization and alternate sourcing.


Work with commercial and operations teams to execute timely transfer of work projects to support overall enterprise growth goals.



  • Overall ownership for the Lean deployment strategy for the Chromalloy enterprise.


Qualifications:



  • An undergraduate degree in engineering, business, finance, or another relevant area, ideally complemented by a graduate degree, such as a Master of Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading turbine engines and component MRO with a proven track record of success in a multi-site leadership role with P&L management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and certifications, including AS9100 and NADCAP.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Clear, strategic thinker with vision, with the ability to execute priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Aerospace or Defense Industry is preferred.
