Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented B2B eCommerce Leader to define and execute the digital roadmap, starting with our heavy-duty business segment, Dayton Parts. This role will be instrumental in driving digital revenue growth, optimizing customer experience, and applying analytics to inform strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of eCommerce technology platforms (Adobe Commerce preferred) and a track record of managing a digital center of excellence in a B2B environment. This position requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable digital impact.



This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be onsite in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) at least two days per week, and additional days as needed.

Primary Duties

Digital Strategy & Roadmap



  • Lead the development and execution of a scalable, long-term eCommerce roadmap tailored to the heavy-duty business segment.
  • Align digital strategy with business priorities and collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, IT, Marketing, and Product.
  • Oversee the implementation and enhancement of eCommerce platforms and related digital technologies.


Revenue Growth & Optimization



  • Define and execute strategies to increase online revenue and customer engagement for Dayton Parts.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to drive conversion, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Develop merchandising strategies and digital campaigns tailored to B2B customer segments.


Web Analytics & Insights



  • Establish and track KPIs related to site performance, user behavior, and business outcomes.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and heatmaps to monitor and optimize site performance.
  • Lead data analysis, and reporting to guide digital decision-making, providing recommendations to Executive Leadership.


Usability



  • Lead ongoing efforts to further refine and adjust the site's navigation, catalog structure and general usability based on analytics, customer input and key business drivers
  • Use variables tools for A/B testing, conversion tracking and campaign management to measure the effectiveness of the site's overall usability
  • Lead a cross functional COE focused on brand experience and usability best practices to ensure the most optimal experience
  • Establish and lead a digital center of excellence to drive best practices in digital execution, technology, and data usage.
  • Mentor and manage cross-functional digital teams and external partners.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.


Qualifications

  • Experience building or leading a digital center of excellence.
  • Ability to align technology with business needs and manage change across digital initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools.
  • Prior experience in the automotive aftermarket or heavy-duty parts industry (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, PIM, and DAM system integrations.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing, customer segmentation, and B2B portal experiences.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Information Technology or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital commerce, with at least 3 years in B2B leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce (preferred), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus).
