This position will be responsible for performing day-to-day tax compliance functions for U.S. and International tax components of H-D. The Senior Tax Analyst will maintain tax systems for the tax compliance and reporting process, assist in tax projects, partner with the H-D businesses on various transformation initiatives, and perform value-added activities within the H-D Corporate Tax Team. As part of the compliance process the Senior Tax Analyst will prepare/review state, federal, and international income tax returns, quarterly estimates, and annual extensions. Extract data from relevant source data systems and create organized and thorough workpapers that follow internal control procedures. As part of the quarterly and annual tax reporting process the Senior Tax Analyst will prepare US taxable income calculations, global tax provisions, non-US income tax return review, return-to-provision calculations, and foreign inclusion calculations involving international components. Also included in the role is analysis of various general ledger tax accounts and assistance with the budgeting/forecasting process, intercompany transaction testing, and transfer pricing analysis.
