Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $146,800.00/Yr. - USD $244,650.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

    Tracking, coordinating, supervising, and reporting on all Maritime Security Cooperation and Security Assistance programs in direct support of the Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC)
  • Coordinating incoming materiel and system integration efforts in country
  • Coordinating and supervising equipment/training in country
  • Coordinating and supervising events that involve maritime projects and stakeholders
  • Providing coordination and supervision of other contractors in country in support of ODC i.e., Afloat and Ashore Port Engineers
  • Aiding in developing, implementing, and technical advising for SC capacity building efforts; support technology and capability modernization efforts and joint interoperability support for critical capabilities
  • Providing subject matter expertise on all naval programs
  • Coordinating with EUCOM and Naval Forces Europe (NAVEUR) in development and deployment of all maritime projects
  • Supporting in planning, tracking, and executing all maritime projects on Partner Nation ashore and afloat assets; providing insight and input during discussions related to maritime projects
  • Aiding in development, implementation, technical oversight, and providing subject matter expertise in the Antisubmarine Warfare, Anti-Surface Warfare, Anti-Air Warfare, and Electronic Warfare capacity building efforts
  • Providing subject matter expertise in all aspects of naval warfare w/ emphasis on the Naval Strike Missile (NSM), naval administration, Concept of Operations development, and training exercise planning and execution
  • Supervising and assisting the preparation efforts to ensure smooth receipt and fielding of new maritime defense capabilities
  • Recommending modifications to operating procedures and force management strategies to ensure afloat and ashore units are prepared to absorb new systems into existing operations
  • Supporting the development of capability employment and absorption plans to ensure new systems are fully integrated into existing operations
  • Providing administrative review and quality assessment of all contractor delivered products and reports
  • Supporting remote and in country project meetings, and track actions for planning and execution activities
  • Attending pertinent meetings and engagement in-country that support maritime projects


Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
  • 5-10 years of experience in security cooperation efforts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Be a self-starter who is accountable and requires minimal direction and supervision; a person who is open to new ideas


Desired Skills

  • Experience executing maritime projects
  • SME in naval warfare
  • Experience providing remote support to foreign partners

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL
