Tasks may include entering data into the EQuIS database; manually checking data thoroughly against original documents; entering geologic data and producing boring logs; producing charts and reports; performing advanced formulas and functions in Microsoft Excel; following processes set by the data management department; and discussing data and projects with other data management staff and project teams.

The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a strong interest in environmental data and technology. They are eager to learn and build technical skills, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and confident asking questions to support their growth. Learn to interpret site data within regulatory and environmental frameworks while contributing to accurate, complete, and meaningful data deliverables.

  • Communication: prepare clear and concise data summaries, charts, boring logs, and figures for internal use and project documentation. Provide concise status updates to project managers and stakeholders.

  • Interpersonal savvy: work effectively with various stakeholders to ensure data quality and project success. Show a proactive and professional attitude while learning technical systems and growing within a supportive team environment.
