We have an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer in the electronics industry. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review effectiveness of existing Quality processes. Lead problem-solving efforts to determine root cause and develop corrective actions. Create, review, and update controlled process documentation. Define, implement, and evaluate process validation tools. Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects. Compile and analyze data to drive organizational change efforts. Conduct internal audits of the Quality Management System. Maintain monitoring and measuring equipment (MME) system. Review capability to comply with customer requirements. Competencies Formal problem-solving methodologies Process definition and documentation Data analysis Continuous Improvement Basic project management Critical thinking Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment Preferred Education and Experience Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing Working knowledge of Measurement Systems Analysis Auditing of ISO9001:2015 or comparable quality system Statistical analysis in a manufacturing environment ANSI/ESD S20.20 controls SQL or VBA Compensation and Benefits: Pro-Active Engineering offers a competitive wage based on experience and a generous benefits package to include health, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, retirement plan with a company match, FSA, paid vacation, sick days, holidays and Gain Sharing bonuses.
