We have an immediate opening for a Quality Technician in the electronics industry. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: First responder to quality questions from the production floor Containment specialist Assist with incoming inspection and RMA receiving Assist with NCP creation Helping to determine root cause and corrective action for rework Assist in training, as needed Manage in-process inspections and audits of production runs Improve communication between quality and other departments Identify and communicate issues with past runs Assist with internal ISO:9001 audits Aid in routine calibration efforts Competencies Customer Focus Initiative Communication Proficiency Organizational Skills Technical Capacity Collaboration Attention to Detail Required Education and Experience Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience IPC inspection experience Ability to quickly answer questions interpreting IPC standards Preferred Education and Experience Associate's Degree Compensation and Benefits: Pro-Active Engineering offers a competitive wage based on experience and a generous benefits package to include health, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, retirement plan with a company match, FSA, paid vacation, sick days, holidays and Gain Sharing bonuses.
