What We Need:
HBF,an industry leader in workplace furnishings and a top brand in theHNI Corporationenterprise, is in search of aClient Experience Representativeto join our team in Hickory, NC!
This is an onsite position with a limited hybrid schedule.
What You Will Do:
- Respond to all customer and sales representatives' inquiries.
- Communicate with customers, dealers, designers, and salespersons in assigned territory via telephone, e-mail, and sales force.
- Review orders for correct specifications; work with purchasing agents, dealers and sales reps
- Reviews orders for order entry, verify orders, make changes to orders. Enter orders.
- Adjusts and prepares commissions for payment.
- Maintain files for project registrations and special discounts.
- Follows up with purchasing agents, dealers and sales representatives on credit hold orders.
- Works closely with scheduling for shipment information.
- Process quote requests for sales reps and customers
- Communicates with customers and sales reps concerning quality issues; works with Operations and supply chain management for resolution.
- Issues return authorizations and credit requests after approval is established.
- Process proforma invoices
- Process payments for Cash in Advance customer orders
- Work closely with credit department to get invoices paid in full
- Daily communication with customers and sales representatives in both written and verbal platforms (i.e. Telephone, sales force, email, etc.).
- Process sample requests for customers when requested.
What You Have:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training in customer service/furniture manufacturing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
