Customer Service Representative - Hanover, PA Contract-to-Hire \| Hybrid \| TEKsystems TEKsystems is partnering with a leading food manufacturing company in Hanover, PA to hire a Customer Service Representative. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external customers. You'll play a key role in order management, issue resolution, and ensuring timely communication across departments. * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP or similar ERP systems * Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines * Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction * Handle complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service tea * 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Work Environment: * On-site in Hanover, PA * Monday-Friday, standard business hours * Collaborative and supportive team culture At TEKsystems, we're passionate about helping people achieve their career goals.
