Job Description

This position is responsible for identifying and assessing department and organizational training needs relating to process and system improvements being utilized in the areas. The incumbent is responsible for documentation of various processes used within the area including maintenance and development of procedures, communication, and training to access the documentation.



Position Location: This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.



What you do:



  • Delivers technical service and industry specific training by coordinating training opportunities with in-house experts and external vendors.
  • Conducts detailed reviews of assigned organizational and functional activities by mapping manual and automated processes. Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of systems and management controls over those activities.
  • Establishes and utilizes extensive knowledge of associated systems, business processes, and partner organizations to effectively manage day-to-day activities, projects, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Implements identified training, process, and system enhancements for the department by working with associates, management, and other related areas. Documents needs by preparing reports including full analysis of the process and resolution.
  • Conducts technical, service, and industry specific training by coordinating training opportunities with in-house experts and external vendors.
  • Troubleshoots complex issues relating to customer service, technology, and processes. Serve as a point of escalation for the team on field related issues.
  • Leads committees or teams as assigned.

  • 3-5 years of related experience required.

About this Position's Pay
The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
