Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts Friends and family ski discounts, free staff ski lessons and discounted rentals (winter staff only) Subsidized meals at Employee Dining Rooms offered for staff while on shift Subsidized housing options available for seasonal full-time staff Discounts for staff members at restaurants, shops, and service providers in Park City Healthcare options are available for staff members 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: The 1981 Club Attendant ensures that every member/guest of Club 1981 is greeted and served with warmth, sincerity, and genuine hospitality. RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate guest needs and preferences within the department to ensure that each guest has the most personalized experience possible Create a welcoming lounge environment for all who enter the club lounge Maintain order of all food and beverage in the Club Lounge Maintain the cleanliness of the Club Lounge and locker rooms Serve all food and beverages to our guests with gracious and sincere genuine hospitality Maintain lounge inventory including food, alcohol, soft drinks, silverware, glassware, china, linens, serving pieces, and buffet presentation pieces Answer guest questions and make reservations or recommendations for members Know each member and refer to them in a personal manner Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in the hospitality industry Experience working a bar and/or serving liquor, beer, and wine Knowledge of Deer Valley, Park City, and the surrounding area preferred Able to push/pull and carry ski equipment up to 50 lbs. Preferably 21 years of age or older to serve beer and wine DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: Winter 2025 - 26 PAY RATE: Pay: $20.00 per hour Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
