At Swire Coca-Cola we understand the value of gaining the right set of early career experiences that will shape HR employee development and depth and will ultimately produce future leaders. This is one reason we invest so heavily in our HR Summer internship program. Each function within HR at Swire Coca-Cola has a critically important role as part of an HR Operating Model to deliver value to the enterprise. Our summer interns will gain exposure to multiple functions within a high-powered HR organization, build lasting relationships, receive coaching and mentorship, manage and lead visible and impactful projects, and deepen understanding of how a strategic HR function delivers value to the business. This internship position is intended to begin May 2026 and conclude in August 2026


Job Details:
This position is for a summer Internship from May 2026 - August 2026.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead and support impactful and visible project work within one or more of the following HR functional areas:

    • Human Resources Business Field Support
    • HR Business Partnering
    • Organizational Talent Management
    • Learning & Development
    • HR Compliance and Employee Relations
    • Total Rewards and Compensation




  • Partner with HR leaders and team members to analyze data, improve processes, and deliver solutions that impact the employee experience HR operational efficiency
  • Appropriately balance manager direction with self-driven solutioning when facilitating and delivering on project work/deliverables
  • Contribute and add to the positive, innovative, and collaborative culture within HR and Swire Coca-Cola
  • Proactively build relationships with HR and business stakeholders to deepen learning and support project management
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs, resources, or training to support employee and business needs
  • Present project findings and recommendations to HR and Organizational leadership at the end of the internship


Requirements:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field with a graduation date of Aug 2026 or later
  • Interest in exploring a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in HR project work
