Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in supporting people operations? We're looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team and help ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable HR experience while contributing to an engaging and supportive workplace.

Schedule: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $16.50/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire onboarding.
  • Prepare and process HR documents such as offer letters, forms, and reports.
  • Provide support with payroll, benefits, and attendance tracking.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the right HR team member.
  • Manage general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.




What We're Looking For:



  • Must have 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Prior administrative or HR support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
